    Thumbs up

LOML is Brazillian. Couldn't stand vegemite for many years BUT will now eat straight from the jar. Does this as a demo for our frequent Japanese and French students.

    Hey you Lot,

If vegemite wasn't any good, why did the Yanks buy it out from under us ??

Most of the Aussies that I know grew up on Vegemite, some people of ethnic origins have also been converted to the flavour of Vegemite, ( I used to swap vegemite sandwiches for Salami and Sundried Tomato sandwiches at school, and they come to me to swap)

I love it when we have a loaf of fresh bread, and I get to have vegemite and Lettuce, or vegemite and cheese, or vegemite and mashed potato, or vegemite and peanut butter, and just plain vegemite. Also on a cold wet day there is nothing better than a big mug of Vegemite soup and a bread roll, Yum

    GO VEGEMITE

    It's salt laden rubbish.

Tomato and cucumber any day for a sandwich. With any or all of garlic, ginger and pepper. Can almost taste such a sanga as I write.

I hate the stuff, and a problem with blood pressure means the salt content knocks it off the list anyway.
