hvlp pressure settings

just staring to use a hvlp system can anyone tell me the best pressure setting for the regulator for spraying varnish ?also where is the best position for a water and oil trap before or after the regulator ?or doesn't it matter, and finally any info. about viscosity and nozzle size would be a help

I install the oil and water trap before the pressure regulation for the spray gun
The air pressure for the hvlp spray gun should be set at about 2 bar. if the air pressure is too high then he act like air spray gun.

Good luck
