    Just thought i would say Hi

    My name is Rob ,, from the UK , i looked up this forum about a week ago , when it was mentioned to me by a member on here ,, after having a look round for a week and seeing all the good work , i thought i would join today

    I have a small myford wood lathe that i have fixed up and i am learning to use .

    Hi Rob, and welcome. Not sure if it was me, but good to hear you joined.
    We have a great bunch of members here and the mod's do a great job keeping it running.
    I will keep an eye out for your threads as I always learn something from them. The work you do is a credit to you.

    Not being modest mate ,,, my efforts so far at wood turning are more like wood butchery what i have seen so far on here is amazing,,, what the lads can do and get out of a lump of timber is astounding
