Default ANZACS HISTORY For Claw Hammer

Enjoy a short history on ANZAC nourishment.
I do not agree with the longevity comment not around here the likes of myself & Fletty and I know CH wouldn't let them stand so long.

Hi Ray, yes I remember studying them at school in history. My Grandmother used to make them and send to the troops. Hers were particularly hard and lasted for ages (if they got the chance). Nice big haul in the store there, that would last me at least a week.

They're a top biscuit and the recipe is so easy,
EVEN us blokes can make one of our own favourite biscuits.
Note: It's not a cookie it's an ANZAC BISCUIT!!

Zacly, Nans always had heaps of butter I think, they were more like brandy snaps. The soldiers could have dug fox holes with them and they would still tast fantastic.

Ahh always delicious, have to say I do prefer them soft not crunchy - even if it is a sin.
