Need a bit of Kauri Pine
I'm after a piece of Kauri 50mm x 200 x 700 (twl). The 50mm thickness is the important bit, its for a stern post for a boat. Happy to pay and happy to have suggestions of other types of timber that would be suitable to be immersed in salt water. Western subs of Melbourne.

I have some K. pine, alternatively Huon (also have some) is used a lot in boats, not sure about how it fares as a stressed section and immersed in salt water tho
