you mention the pain killers iain, earlier this year I put my back out simply by drawing the curtains in the lounge and within 10 minutes I was laid out on the floor and every muscle in my body was siezed up.
I could not move anything and the pain was excrutiating. I raelly thought I wasnt going to make it.
My wife called out the paramedics who also coudnt get me on my feet so they gave me nitous oxide for about 5 mins after which I literally jumped to my feet pain free and walked out to the ambulance. It was one of the nicest feelings as I just felt all the pain drain out of my body, what an experience.
I wish they made that stuff in tablet form its truly incredible.Better than sex...I seem to recall

Haven't sighted any new flavours in the dog food aisle this week, guess he's been forgiven
Hope your daughter is OK. Sign her up to the forum, should keep her entertained whilst she recovers

Best wishes and helmet
Sorry to hear about your daughter but glad to hear the helmet was on and did its job. (My better half has had a similar experience .. without the leg .. even with helmet she still can't remember the event or a couple of days after) Speedy recovery to all (you, mrs, daughter and horse).
cheers
David
