And now for something completely different ...
First WIP of 2011!
The short story is that I lost interest in the project with the coopered doors and, in addition, was not confident that the curved frame would be strong enough over time. The coopered panels, however, were very strong and begged to be used. So I decided to build then into something else .. an end table.
I've had a few days in the workshop, and below are the fruits of my labours so far.
The coopered doors started off like this ..

Yesterday I completed the drawer. It is a little drawer in a little table.

This is the current state of play. I should complete today or tomorrow (the ply is just reinforcing while glue dries).
And, yes, I know that one usually builds the drawer last, but this whole table has been backwards from the start!
