Hi I am new to this forum as you can probably tell and not entirely sure where to post this question but will attempt to ask here. I am looking at buying a block of land which is on the side of a hill with a rather steep incline. Ideally before purchasing the block I would like to know what costs I would be up for and how much roughly I would looking at for getting the block ready for putting a house on. The size of the block is roughly 1326m2 but probably only half of that would need to be excavated.

If anyone has any ideas on costs of excavation and civil engineers etc I would be greatly appreciated.
