    Glad to hear good news...your recovery will take some time and therapists will guide you all the way. Nerves take time to heal. Take it easy, don't push things and most importantly listen to your body.

    Ian,

    You are not doing nothing, your body is busy healing. The more you help it, the quicker you will be back at the lathe.

    Check with your doctor about taking extra vitamin C and Vitamin E to promote healing. If he or she is against or indifferent, do a little research on Google and do what you think is right for you.

    You are young and will heal faster than us old geezers.

    I know my body is bizzy healing but its still hard for me to swallow that I am restricted to what I can do as I am normaly a very active person I know I have to take it easy to get better thanks for the tip with the vitamin C

    I am slowly getting there just cant wait to get back to normal is that this thursday coming up if it is I will be thier with bells on miss will have to drop me off as I am not aloud to drive
