Electric Pressure Cooker.
Hi To All,
I need a bit of Help. Bought a " Bellini 5.8L. Electric Pressure Cooker, BTPC10 ".
The Small Booklet that came with it is totally useless.
I'm hoping that someone may know of these Cookers & may have used one.
It is the sequence that is the mystifying bit.
The one bit that could have been better, is it mainly Cooks on 30 Min. Increments.
So far we have found that the 3 things we have Cooked, only takes that 30 Mins.
The Soup turned out Perfect, but the Rabbit we cooked, although supposed to be really tender, turned out a bit tough, but edible.
It is quite hard to tell if it is cooking or not on what maybe stated as Auto, in other words you need to time the Cooking with a External Timer.
I thought I had a good buy with the Cooker & a Set of Bathroom Scales for $50.
I have hunted for 1 of these Cookers for quite awhile now, as mainly they seem to be about $ 140 or there abouts.
Both brand New, but unfortunately their was no Warranty Card with either.

The Cooker.
Hi Ian,
Thankyou for that bit of help. It was similar to what I had found.
The Instruction Booklet is virtually useless, but with more use we are getting the hang of it, but are flying blind a bit & a lot of guessing. It seems to be working.
Thanks again.
