Hello from Windy Welly
Hi there, just introducing myself as a new member from Windy Wellington. Relatively new to NZ, so will be asking some "what wood is that?" and "where can I get a cheap...?" questions. My user name is because, although I'm a pom, my last home was in Japan for 10 years. I've been fully indoctrinated to think that saws cut on the pull, which makes for slow cutting when I forget!

Welcome to the forum. Does not matter too much on the saw as long as it cuts.

Welcome to the forum, hope you enjoy Wellington.....don't forget your diver's weight-belt when you go outside.
The cheap timber etc. hides online.....try the Trade me auction site.
cheers
