shade for a skylight needed
Hi
I am after suggestion for summer shading a north facing clear dome skylight 900mm square in a normal pitch tile roof .
My first thought was a timber frame on four short legs with 90% shade cloth. I can not come up with how to hold it down in the wind with out it lifting tiles!
Last year we had a white bed sheet over it ,apart from it flapping it also blocked the vents in the skylight that let out the hot air in the house.
I am open to any ideas or tyred methods.
Russell
