Gloat
I just thought I'd have a little gloat. Today was my last day of work for 3 weeks. We leave for 11 days in Bali on Monday morning. The rest of the holiday in the shed.
As I said to everyone at work today, I'll have fun, you work hard.
I won't be posting till I get back from Bali which I know will be a relief for most of you.

have a great time, but for a holiday, give me NZ anytime.
If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

I went there in 85 and again in 2003. Nothing was recognisable. It had completely changed and not necessarily for the better. We wanted to go someplace else but Bali is cheap. $1175 for 11 nights inc. airfares, accomodation, breakfast, taxes and transfers.
It is 31 degrees there today, 31 tomorrow, 31 the day after and for a change 32 the day after that.
I spent 6 months in NZ. It was long enough.Photo Gallery
