I don't think these types are being reformed or are capable of being reformed. There are plenty of examples to support this argument.

Perhaps we need to consider what to do with the "reformed" if we don't want them in our neighbourhoods.

May I suggest that the "reformed" criminals be sent to live in Parliament House. They will fit in well with the rest of the inmates.

And if the other inmates can't hack it and get attacked its their own fault for not having the guts to legislate stronger legislation. :mad:
