    I noted this little lathe on ebay.
    METAL LATHE CLOCKMAKERS BRASS 4/6 JAW CHUCKS COLLETS - eBay, Equipment, Machinery, Metalworking, Industrial. (end time 11-Aug-10 23:29:11 AEST)
    A nice piece of workmanship. The brass as scrap would be worth more than the starting bid.

    Wow good find, a brass lathe. I wonder why he made it out of brass? Maybe he picked up a bit of it cheap. Polished up it would make a good mantle piece ornament to talk about.

    Will be watching to see what it goes for.
