Hi,

New to forum. Would appreciate any advice on this issue.

My house (bought couple of months back) has internal guttering.
The gutters are surrounded by wooden boards.

On one end of the house the water does not seem to flow down to the drainpipe on that side. There are no blockages. I have cleaned out the guttering and checked all the way to the drainpipe.
It looks like this was a problem in the past and the wooden boards are partly rotted at this corner.
There isnt any problems internally in the house.

Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this issue?

Also any ideas on the expense involved to fix would be great too
Thanks
