Help identifying Window frame wood
Hi,
I own a 1913 "key hole" Villa in Adelaide, just outside the CBD. I am in the process of stripping paint from all the woodwork and trying to identify the wood used. It looks like a pine and I've been told that it could be Huon Pine but I can't be sure. I've had a quick look on the net and I have a feeling that it's King William Pine. Does anyone have any ideas based on the era and location of my home?
Cheers
