Removing screws stuck in metal

I've just got hold of some stuff called Reducteur for loosening screws corroded into metal. The blurb says spray on, leave for 30 seconds and then remove the screw/bolt.
I was trying to remove the fixing bolts in an old Hills Hoist, must be at least 50 years old!
I had tried WD40, heat etc, the hex flats were all rounded over from the spanner and still nothing moved. A spray with the stuff, and, sure enough, the bolts unscrewed with a vicegrip clamped on the head!

If only I had known of reducteur life would have been much easier though my vocabulary less colourful

I see you can get it in 25 litre drums. Enough for the biggest of rust collections

Some Bunnys have it at about $20 a spraycan (all you'll need for a lifetime). It's in the tool dept. on the same shelf as WD40.

Yep - picked up a can [300g] from the big green box - and, as was stated above it is beside the WD40.

For those chasing the same - I hope your green box is a little more generous than our new [1 and only] green box is here as it sells for $29.90 a can.

It does state on the can that it has unlimited shelf life so unless it loses its propellant it should be fine.
