    Default Kia Ora

I am a polymer clay artist with a love for making pens. Thought I should join the forum since I am over the ditchand stop being a lurker.

I am originally from New Jersey/New York State. Moved to New Zealand in July of 07 I am on the South Island, east coast 40 minutes north of christchurch, if anyone was curious.

Looking forward to being a member of the forum and showing you my work.

    Toni

G'day mate. Another welcome transplant to the shed and to the Southern hemisphere.

There is a town in the Golbourn Valley, Vic. called Kia Ora.

So, how fast are we travelling for this 40mins as we go North from Christchurch?
In light traffic, I'm a whole 9 mins out of Chch.

I am in Rangiora, I would say fast enough to NOT get pulled over by the really nice police officers in New Zealand..LOL

Good people and polite too, said the South Island was refreshing and invigorating.

ToniNZ, I'm just down the road in Kaiapoi. What sort of work does a polymer clay artist produce?

    We are neighbors!!!

Polymer clay is a very versatile material and can be used to create numerous things, jewelry, boxes, mosaics...etc... I make my own canes and cover the tubes for pens..
