    Default Federal hospital system

    I see we have or will get a new medical system. I wonder how it will work with the set fee structure that has been mentioned. Who will pick up the difference, because as sure as eggs there will be a gap at some point.

    Or have we done away with set fees for procedures some where along the line I have missed this .

    going by past efforts-: insulation, BER, Green Loans etc I would be very very worried.

    All we've heard so far is that there will be more money, but pouring more money iin without fixing the system isn't going to do anything. Nowhere during all the negotiations has better patient outcomes been mentioned - they've just been arguing over the money.
