Info Needed - Decanting Chemicals

Hei guys,
Anyone know, or know where I can find the regs on decanting chemicals - specifically thinners.

We get the stuff in 20L drums and put out a jar or so at a time for the kids to use, I need the regs on labelling and such.

Of course the other question is -- how and where do you store the 20l drum?

as to the amounts "for the kids to use" have a look at this info OHS Reps @ Work : Chemicals - Solvents

what are the kids doing with the thinners?
If they are spray finishing, the "jar" if it's a spay pot may not need to be labeled

If tthe kids are using the thinners as a degreaser or cleaner, you probably have a much bigger problem than what label to put on the "jar"
