I have noticed on the Victorian Number plates it states "The place to be".
Driving around Coffs Harbour I often ask, "Well why the hell aren't ya!!!!"

Years ago, Vic. number plates had the tag "The Garden State". A mate put a piece of tape over Garden & changed it to Police. Promptly got booked. Sort of proved the point.
