Thumbs Up - Professional Woodworkers Supplies
I would just like to thank Grahame at Professional Woodworkers Supplies in Melbourne. Won't give too many details but an order from PWS went astray (not PWS fault) when the courier service sent it incorrectly on a cross Australia trip.
It finally turned up about a week later than it should BUT it was crushed in it's travels even though it was well padded in the satchel. When I sent an email to Grahame last Sunday, he replied within 1/2 an hour and promised to make sure I was not inconvenienced any further.
I recieved a new item within the week and I will return the damaged item to PWS. I am sure this has cost PWS money but I will make sure that I will order more gear from them as their service and professionalism can not be questioned.
Please support them when looking for woodworking equipment as we need companies like this to stay in business.
Cheers
Scott
