Structual Beam Sizes
Hi,
After an inspection by my insurance company to confirm the reason for cracking at my property a recomendation was made to have all structual beam sizes checked and have them rectified if inadequate.
I'm not sure where to start or idea of what cost this may entail? Also if in fact it would be considered necessary as in the same response they stated that the movement and cracking has not affected the structual adequacy of the property.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks...
