How to build in - Queenslander
I've recently purchased a Queenslander style house in Brisbane which has been raised to legal height and restumped (but not slabbed). I want to build in under the house but I don't know what steps I need to take - never done this before!
Can anyone offer advice on what approvals I might need and how to go about it, how to get plans drawn up, what I need to consider with this type of extension (eg plumbing locations, sewerage?), and rough costs??
A step by step guide/checklist would be great - ha ha.
The house is three bed, two bath with back deck on a 465sqm block. Upstairs has already been renovated.
