Hello from Canada
Hello everyone, My name is Lee and I'm from Eastern Canada (born and raised).
Not sure how I came across this website (since it seems most of you guys are from below the equator) but it's been a great help so far! My dad has all the basic woodworking tools, and I've started to gain an interest.
A couple of my past projects include a chair I'm (still) refinishing. I'd like try my hand at caning the seat. I also made a set of pot hangers with copper hangers (made them myself out of old copper wire). My first piece of furniture was a set of shelves (they could probably double as a chair they're so strong).
Currently I'm working on https://www.woodworkforums.com/f187/r...ke-2-a-110458/ . Talk to you later!

Welcome to the forum. Always the case to start from the first task and then more onto the next task.

G'day Lee and welcome to the site>
Nice little projects there. Just a hint - you can buy the cane for that chair in sheets already woven.
