    Default epoxy wood filler

Hi i am after a high quality epoxy wood filler to build up small depressions in a pinball machine playfield (wood) it has to have great adhesion strength as not to crack or break away even if very thinly applied. It has to be sandable and shapeable also. Can anyone please recommend a suitable product thanks

Ive found West System 105 and 205 hardener to be good for Mandolins, seems to resist lifes little bumps well.

Techniglue also works well, it's thicker than the west system I think (never used West system). You can tint it using powdered pigments from art shops.

West or Botecote epoxy and some filler. Both will sand to a feather edge (depending on filler) and they'll stick to the wood better than wood sticks to wood. (the wood will fail before the glue does).

Your local marine shop should have some, or some Techniglue (which is just thickened West epoxy, basically).

I used BoteCote with their high strength powder filler to build the Gallery Beams.
You can vary the amount of powder to get the consistency you need for the job.
Cured resin then finishes well with standard woodworking practices.
Some progress pics while building the beams can be found here:
