Poor Rudolph.
The Civil Aviation Authority went to visit Santa and conduct their yearly test to see if he was right to keep his pilots license.
Blood pressure test and eye checks were all part of the procedure which Santa passed with flying colours.
Old mate from the CAA tells Santa to load up the sleigh and hook up the reindeer as they were going for a practical test.
"Look Santa, we know you have been running overloaded, but we are quite prepared to turn a blind eye to this. Load up the sleigh to normal capacity and we will head off".
The CAA bloke takes his place in the sleigh with Santa and on his lap is his clipboard and a 12 guage browning auto.
"What's with the shotgun" is Santa's surprised comment.
"Well Santa" says the CAA bloke, "normally we like to keep this as a surprise test, but seeing you are nice bloke and all, i'll let in in on it".
"We are going to test you out in an emergency procedure".
"You are going to have an engine out on takoff".
Merry Christmas to all.
