Painting outside in hot windy weather:-(
I am having problems while painting, (slow, detail work) outside. The paint is "skinning over" in the can. This is water based paint. Short of decanting into a container with a smaller surface top area all the time, is there any trick to cure this problem, like a retarder of some sort? I know there are retarders for thinners based paints.
