Christmas Future?

Why not Craig? If it is commercially viable then let's be consistent and do it.
I get sick and tired of people who knock these corporations for outsourcing. Just because a few Aussies are put out of a job it doesn't really matter in the big scheme because when large companies make large profits it is good for the economy which means we all benefit. This is the reason the large companies strive so hard to make large profits - for the benefit of us all.
The large companies are quite genuine because I know they will start outsourcing their boards soon. An Indian CEO based in Calcutta with a push bike allowance working 16 hours with no bonuses and options will improve the profit even more - therefore we would all benefit more.
So when the company boards followed by the Australian Stock Exchange and our Governments are outsourced you and all your cynical mates will egg on your faces
I see a real rosy future for us all- Wood Borer

"thankyou for calling the christmas wish hotline. You wish is important to us. You are number 1,002,087,356 in the que. Your call will be answered by the next available underpaid, cube farmed, wage slave located somewhere you've never heard of."

I might just stay in Australia Bob and mock the pea brain supporters of outsourcing overseas. When the economic crunch comes and they are jumping out of windows someone has to stay behind and celebrate.

This is slightly off-subject (now, there's a surprise! :
The local water authority is doing some infrastructural work in my suburb. I got a letter from them, advising that they would need to turn off supply for some hours on an appointed day and asking me to test the integrity of the main inflow gate valve ahead of time. If there was a problem with the gate valve, to call a freecall number and report the problem.
I tested the valve on a Sunday afternoon. It was leaking so I needed to report it. Just for the hell of it, I rang the freecall number. Sceptic that I am, I had no expectation of getting anything other than a recorded message. We're talking about a statutory authority on a Sunday afternoon, after all!
I was absolutely amazed when a human being answered my call. A very pleasant lady. I gave her my address. She immediately identified me, checked the details on their records (which were right up to date) and gave me a day and time when their team would show up to replace the gate valve (no charge).
The team arrived on time, did the job with minimum disruption and subsequently carried out the stop-supply work in less time than they had flagged.
We complain often enough about lousy service. It's great to be able to hand out the occasional bouquet.
Well done: Western Australian Water Authority!
