Sticking things in aerosol cans
Just like the label says...don't do it. Especially not with a can of expanding foam
Lucky it was pointing away from me, but daaaaamn this is going to ages to clean up. It's horrible stuff if you've never used it before and gotten it on skin, clothing or somewhere else you didn't really want it.
Funny as all get out though

A sparkie mate of mine used to carry a lot of his tools around in one of those $10 GMC tote bags. That is until one one of his tools punctured a can of expand a foam. It took him weeks to separate his tools .

When I was at sea we refilled our own fire extinguishers and in the 70's the foam ones came in a two part mix , one into the bottom on the extinguisher with water and the other in a tube inside also with water, idea invert the extinguisher and shake well, mixture mixes and foam comes out hose
If one part was however put in the cisten of a toilet and the other in the bowl , (usually at a party) the next flush often caused some humorAshore

Ben: I was poking a screwdriver into the nozzle in an attempt to clear it as I'd used the can in the past and thought that there might have been a bit of dried foam in it. I guess I pushed too hard and pierced it.
Love the other stories too. Must remember that one about the toilet
