Kitchen/dining in entrance of house
Hi
I am new to this forum so 'hello!!"
I am about to renovate my house, but would like some ideas on layout.
You enter my house midway into the house....so no front door and hallway leading living areas......as you open the door at the moment, you enter into a little foyer area and into the lounge room - walk through the living room to the kitchen/dining room & then onto the back verandah & yard....
I am thinking of changing the layout to by swapping the lounge and kitchen/diining area over...though that would mean opening my front door and being faced with dining table kitchen area...
Do you think it will look odd walking straight into a kitchen/dining area of a house? Having to walk past a dining table to get to the lounge area??
Looking forward to your replies.
Thanks
