Levelling an Enclosed Balcony with a Fall
I currently have an enclosed balcony which is adjacent to a living room. The balcony used to be exposed meaning that the balcony has a fall for water drainage.
The balcony is approx 3m x 1.5m and the maximum level of the fall's slope is about 5cm below the level of the floor in the living room.
If I want to install floating timber floor can anyone advise:
1. What would be a reasonable way to level the floor in terms of cost and effectiveness?
2. What would be the approximate cost?
Love to hear your experiences!
