Laundry conversion to Bathroom
Hello all,
I have recently bought a 1950s, cladded home built on brick stilts (as the land slopes gently).
I have one toliet, separate bath, and a large Laundry with Laundry tub and Shower. This laundry (2mt x 3.25 mts) is lined with Asbestos sheeting as expected.
Questions/comments:
1: Cheapest and/or easiest way of lining over the Asbestos. Costs if possible? The idea is to update the look and convert it into bathroom cum laundry, and also the Asbestos is chipped in some places or has holes.
2: Adding a toliet:
--Do I need approvalS?
--Cost of connecting Sewage line ? Distance to existing Toilet is approximately 7-9 Meters.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards.
SS
