Hi Guys,
May be someone can give me some advise.

I have a second storey canterlever balcony which was built 24 years ago, it consists of 14 200mm x 45mm x ( no sure of the lenght) bearers which go into the house , with decking on top.
The balcony is 1.2 meters wide by 6 meter long
It seems these are not treated, a few have rot in them. The ones that are good ive aplied two coats of a heavy oil preservative ( manufactured by Thomsonwhite) . also have covered the top & part of the sides with damp course material . To help prevent any further deteriation. so not to puncture the damp course i have bolted 1.2 mete lenghts of same size treated pine H3 F5 alos side the original bearers.

Originally i was going to replaced with decking again , but have had second thoughts and think ill install compressed concret sheets 15mm (screw and glue down).only problem i do not have any fall off ,as from sliding door no step down at all.any suggestions.Would 5mm fall be ok ?
do i have to water proof sheets or can i just paint with a good no slip paving paint.
Also i have to replace 2 bearers and can only get access so i can slide the new bearers in place and can only bolt them an arms lenght away into house.
Hope that makes sense.

Thanks any advise appreciated.
