Hello from Matt
Hello, this is Matt from Cowra. I have just recently started making buildings for a HO scale train layout I have in the shed and have branched out into making model boats. I have completed a viking ship and am working on a motor cruiser now. I recently finished a medieval castle with various buildings inside the walls which I am told, looks terrific. I am 50 and a bowling greenkeeper but had to retire in August because I have Parkinsons disease. I think the fine detailed work I am doing is good therapy and I get a lot of pleasure out of it. *posted by Matt's wife Linda as Matt is not an expert typist - lol* Cheers

Hi Mat and welcome mate, Thanks Linda and welcome to you too. I think posting some pics here of some of your work would be very interesting and welcome but you will find you will get more members see your work if you post it in one of the other sections of the forum. Just take a look on the main page and see some of the places available and choose the one you think suits your projects and post your pics. We love to see pics of members work. Not all members visit this section of the forum so you would get limited exposure here but a few might be nice all the same.
Reality is no background music.
Cheers John

Welcome Matt and Linda, it sounds like you have a lot of fun with your models. Like Munruben says, post your pics in one of the sections in General for wider dissemination. Look forward to seeing your work.

Welcome Linda and Matt!
.
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.
Regards, Woodwould.
