nemerous hairline cracks in the ceiling paint
After repainting ceiling I noticed numerous hairline cracks (spider like) in the paint in one area of the ceiling. I tried to scrap the paint off and re-paint it but I found it was very hard to scrap it off the ceiling. Should I sand it back or coat with primer then paint again? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
