Floor sealing - a question
We are renovating our home and have uncovered tasmanian oak floorboards under the carpet. Dilemma - what type of sealer is best.
The floor has been sealed before and will be sanded back. What is best??
Polyurathane - water based
Polyurathane - solvent
not sure which way to go. can you provide some unbiased view.
Thx
