Thread: Lights for the workbench

Hi All,
I got to see Derek's new bench lighting first hand over the weekend and can say that I am more impressed than the photos reveal.
Must admit that I have not ventured into a lighting shop for years and it would apprear that the range has increase a lot.
What I liked:
The fluoros were the small diameter, thick as your finger perhaps, and so took up very little room. Even the tube holders were quite small.
The other thing is that each fluoro unit can be 'daisy chained', that is, they just connect together, no extra wires. Very neat.
I have not seem these before. (I really must get out more).
More light, I need more lights.
Cheers
Pops
