Raked ceiling lighting
Hi,
We are doing an extension and will have raked ceilings. I don't want to use downlights and am wondering whether there is any limitation on what sort of lighting you can use on raked ceilings. Can you use oyster lights or do they just look weird? Are most pendants ok?
Also we have downlights in an earlier reno and I want to replace them as the transformers keep blowing. Can they be replaced with the CFL ones that don't need a trasnformer easily by the electrician? Would be great if didn't have to have all new type of lighting and avoid patching the ceiling.
Cheers
Kim
