Not a chance. The rot is too deep in Telstra and several other Telco's who have inherited staff from Telstra's previous incarnations. The new CEO would need to shoot about half the staff & send the rest to a Khmer Rouge 're-education camp' before the corporate mentality could improve. The idea seems to be ' We have a cozy deal here if we stick together & butt cover. No one will be able to prove anything, they will die of old age (or go bankrupt) before they can even scratch the surface'. Despite one or two small victories, this seems to still be true.
