Insulation vs moisture
No one seems interested in this one over in Odds n Sods (http://www.renovateforum.com/showthread.php?t=77640), so I thought I'd raise it here.
The gist is: usually when you insulate the walls of your weatherboard house you would remove the weatherboards, bung in the batts, put in the moisture barrier and then replace the boards. However a few of us will have the internal walls off in a couple of rooms and would like to put the batts in then. It's likely that the batts will be touching the boards: will the ground open and swallow us up?
Thanks
Tim
