    Default Sleepless times

For a couple of weeks I have gone to bed around 9.00pm,
and after a couple of nightmares woken up about 2.00am.

Then I go back to sleep around 4.00am, have another couple
of nightmares and wake up at around 6.00am.

To overcome my lack of sleep and the nightmares I have
been having a sleep around midday each day. The only
problem is I am having "daymares".

There must be some really good answers to this.

I say it's all them jokes you're sending out, if it can destroy an external hard drive, just think what it is doing to your brain!

Try taking a tape measure to bed with you. Find out how long you sleep

Try keeping awake to see where they are coming from.

Go to the doctor. Maybe you've got sleep apnea or something else that is making your sleep uneasy.

Tried that. My doctor is a female.
She is the one in most of my nightmares.

Dreams are a way you have to resolve something thats bothering you. Find what that is and you fix your problem. It may though be the pickled onions and cheese you eat, and your brain is trying to work out how to digest it.

Sound like you need to move to Seattle.

Maybe they might make a movie about you.

Lets just say I chose to put this in the "Jokes" section
    rather than "Health".

    Got a few good replies.
