Fibro Re-cladding
I need some advice guys,
I've just bought a house that Im doing some basic reno's to - the main of which is re-cladding the exterior (currently asbestos). Im looking at Excellboard although its not cheap at $14k (supply only) .
My dad's pretty serious that i should leave the asbestos in place as insulation (and to save on labour) and gets upset when I talk about removing it entirely. My gut tells me I need to get rid of it!
Can anyone offer some reasons why i should or should'nt get rid of the asbestos - I need a kind of pro's and con's list cause its causing a heated debate whenever dads in town.
