    Default Calm in training

    The train was about to depart from Bacchus Marsh and
    the doors about to close.

    Suddenly, David ("Calm") lurched himself through the
    doorway and collapsed on to the floor.

    Noel, ("Watson") was sitting on his seat and remarked,
    "When I was a young bloke I was as fit as a Mallee bull
    - not out of breath running for a train like you".

    David replied, "Oh yeah, but I missed the train at Ballarat".
