Can we still give greenies?

Am I missing something or is it no longer possible to give another member a greenie? I don't seem to have that option now.

Click on the Scales symbol, "Add to Users' Reputation"

The symbol on mine is up the top right near the post number.

Thats what happened to mine. I haven't changed my skin and it always used to be at the bottom as in Freds pic.
