Can anyone advise rates for flushers in Perth. Have been getting some very expensive quotes to finish off a job.

Was advised builder rates are $3.50 m2 flush only,
$6.50 m2 flush and cornice (75/90mm cove) or $4.00 lineal mtr for other cornice. All materials supplied.Equates in my case to about $1600.00 for two days work plus sanding. Thats what a flusher quoted me but as usual failed to turn up or even call. Most annoying considering I finished work at 0100am and got up at 0600 to meet him on site.:((
