Bubbles in joining tape
Hi All,
I'm sure this is a popular problem with newbies to plastering and taping. On a new plaster board wall in my garage, I tried to apply tape with jointing compound but a few bubbles have appeared. One or two were evident at the time with others now showing since the weekend. I have applied two coats but am now guessing I will have to remove the tape and start again. Any suggestions on how to prevent bubbles the next time? (I have only done 1 join, and will not move onto the others until I have mastered the technique).
All suggestions / help appreciated.
Thanks, Paul:)
