Door frame not square - Best way to fix it?
Hello,
My house is 20 years old and since an extension renovation about 9 years ago, my front door sticks, in different seasons. I pulled out my square to check it and find that it is not square. At the moment the door closes fine, but come Spring, it will probably catch.
I'm considering stripping back the frame to see if I can shim or pack the frame into square. Would the forum consider it to be an easy task? Or would I need to pull the entire frame out and then refit it?
I also need to think about whether the entire front framing of the wall is moving on me. There are no cracks in either the gyprock or the brickwork.
Any comments?
