have a space approx 1.4 m x 2 2 m which i wanted to turn into ensuite but had a builder look at it and say area was to small that you needed min of 1.5 m from back of toilet out of "clear ' space i thought the area i had would of been plenty but he wont do it just wondering if this is right ?
wanted to face toilet to shower with small mini basin in between would have shower one end and toilet the other door is middle of 2.2m wall sliding outside room
